Kenny the chameleon was a very scared lizard. He lived on the planet of Bia, where it was full of green and bushy trees. Because he was scared all the time, he never really did anything outside of his house.
One day his best friend Carl the frog went to Kenny’s house to visit. Carl the frog tried to get Kenny out for a walk. Carl said “Hey Kenny lets go for a walk it’s a beautiful day.” Kenny said “I think it’s going to rain. I don’t really want to go.” Carl said “But Iesha the butterfly will be outside.” Everyone on Bia knew that Kenny had a crush on Iesha the butterfly. But Kenny could never talk to Iesha because she was Queen of Bia and had to marry royal. Kenny’s eyes lit up with stars when Carl told him that Iesha would be outside. Kenny decided to go outside with Carl the frog. Kenny and Carl walked outside in the warm summer weather. While they were walking outside Kenny kept looking around trees to see if Iesha was around. Kenny said “Where is she you told me she was outside.” They kept on walking until they saw the Palace gates. The palace gates were gold and pink and embedded with green and yellow gems all over Bia. Kenny and Carl were standing at the entrance of the castle. Kenny was looking around the castle grounds to see Iesha. But she wasn’t there. Kenny and Carl went to talk to one of the butterfly guards. The guard told them that Iesha was looking for a suitor to marry, and that she would be busy interviewing them.
Kenny felt ideas spinning inside of his head. Kenny and Carl quickly left the castle to go back to Kenny’s house. While going back home Kenny had a big smile. When they finally got to Kenny’s house Carl said” Kenny why are you smiling so much.” Kenny said “Carl I have the most wonderful idea about how to get Iesha’s attention, I’m going to tell her my true feelings.” Carl said “What do you mean tell her your true feelings?” Kenny explained to Carl that he was going to ask Iesha to marry him and tell her he loves her. After Kenny explained his plan to Carl, Carl told Kenny he was crazy. Kenny said “GET OUT OF MY HOUSE NOW.” Kenny was alone in his house thinking about Iesha the butterfly. He even went to bed thinking about her.
The next morning Kenny got up real early to go to the castle. While walking to the palace, he picked some flowers to give Iesha. He got to the palace Entrance and the guard let him enter.
He waited in a line of men trying to speak to Iesha. When he finally got, to speak with Iesha, it was very late in the day it was almost night fall. He walked through the doors of the Drawing room to find Iesha sitting down reading a book in a blue and white dress. Iesha’s face lit up when she saw Kenny walking through the door. Iesha said “Hi Kenny how is you.” Kenny said “I’m fine. There’s something I want to tell you.” Iesha said “What is it, you can tell me we have been friends for years.” Kenny went down on his knees and said “Will you marry me.” Iesha said “Yes.” Iesha and Kenny were embracing and laughing with each other and then Iesha realized that Kenny had changes color. Kenny was yellow all over his body. Iesha said I guess that means you are happy. After that they lived happily ever after.
