two more days until i move in.

so the time is fast approaching when i make the 11hr trip up north to a college campus that i will spend four years of my life at. And i have not even packed yet. so many things are coming at me at many different directions. i havd been through so many things in the past couple of days and i have more to come. As i am planning to start to pack in a couple of hours a couple of things come on my mine what will i take with me., how are my roomates are they friendly. Will i make new firends as fast as i made the ones in high school. i know high school and college are complty different because in college u are on ur own away from your family until the holidays and in high school you are in constant connection with your family. They watch your every move making sure you dont slipp p on anything you do.

countdown to college

As i comer closer to summer their are a couple of things i am starting to realize. I am no longer a kid but i am a adult abou to be thrown into the world of adulthood. And i am also going to a very far school which happens to be about 200miles from where i live. Some people have asked me why choose a school so far away from home. And my only answer that i have come up with is that i really want to learn how to be a lone and learn how not to be dependet upon my mother. i had a older brother who has went to college before me and had to come back because he could not make it. i saw hurt my mother and the rest of my family was and i didmt want my college experince be like that so i chose schools far from my home because i thought that was one of the reasons why my brother had to come home. So i am determine to go to college and gradurate from college in 4 years.

The last Days of being a teenager.

As summer begins for many kids around america. There is a group of kids that have that part in there life when they have completed the four years of high school and are ready for the next step in their life COLLEGE. Many of those former high school students have already started their trips to there colleges that they have commited to go to and to do there regirstion for there class. It is a very scary but also fun and interesting experince for many students around the world. We take that giant step into adult hood and leave our parents back to only go back unless for holidays or even money. Congrates Class of 2011 We have finally made. Let the countdown to adult hood begin.

Black history the untold history

Black history happens to be one of the history that are not told all the way in schools. Black amercians have been restrain for centuries until the civil rights movement a new group of aficans grew up and did something their parents did not do. They stood up to the person that had opresesd their families for years. Greats like MLK and Malcom x worked hard to Change the system so their children and other children all arcoss the world who could make a new world. African american were brought here from afcia to the americas to work all day with no pay. The history that was passed down through generation died when the first slaves were brought here slaves were assmulated in to the popluation they learned the language which made their own language die off. A whole family died when coming over here.

The perfect school day.

The day that school would be perfect is when teachers would not give us any homework or any test. When students will learn to be quite. These things I am describin I know will never happen because we are the type of kids that know how ruin a good thing. We must learn how to make sure we are all on good behavior before we sort about someone else. If we could do things we will find out that all out teachers will trust us more.

Cyber bulling

Cyber bulling has become the top billing option for many bullies. When a person choose the intenet to bully they have chosen to bully peole that is open to the who world. They have something that would stick to the person forever that could end ruining the persons life and that could end the Victums life.

Does coming to school early mean that you will have better grades?

So I have been wondering why so many students show up before the teachers. Most parents now and days have to show up to work before the sun starts. The work our parents do makes the students suffer because the students have to work more harder. The students who come early have the same opportunity as any other person. Being Earl to school somtimes does not mean that the person would not become a better student. It all comes down to what the person does with the studying.

Caffine

Caffine is in coffee and other things we eat daily. It happens to make things very addictive . When your drink coffee you have a sugar high and then after you drop down after a couple of hours which hurts very much. The taste seems good after you are very full of energy read to take on tue world and then you slowly have the ege to start to. So remember when you are drinking something with caffeine in it you will lose your energy.

Knowledge and it's power.

Knowledge can take us all a long way. We have been using knowledge to get ahead in life for a long time until it slowed down. Then being dum seemed to be popular. Between that time things change. Knowledge is power and we need to start to realize that again.

When it comes to interesting people in my life it would have to be my whole family. My family when ever we get together it happens to play out different then any other family. We laugh and we tease each other but because my mother is not from here orignally it happens to play out very differently. Everything happens change in a big way. A simple Childs birthday party turns  into a adult party after hours and when it comes to the holidays we eat all we can and then we play and watch movies.

People and the pets they love.

Their is old saying the dog is th mans best friend but what about the cat what does the cat connect to. The cat happens to be very popular amoung many females that are single and who are allergic to dogs. Cats and dogs are the two most common pet to those people who live in the house. Sometimes people seem to take having Pet too far they end up dressing up the animal. Which seems to be more looking like a kid. It is cutie at first then it starts to look like animal in dangerment. Please peopl stop dressing your Pets like a child it is an animal not child.

Skinny jeans which are jeans that are skinny around the ankle iis the new growing trend amount many teens around the country. So I wonder why it is so poplar . I went around talking to a couple if people and they happen to say the same thing which was that it looked good with their shoes. Which I can understand because I started to wear them to. Skinny jeans happens to cover your whole shoe not all the way to the ground so it says the parent from watching the jeans get very dirty.

Cooperation is the key success that is what comes to mne when every I heard that word. Cooperation is something that is needed when every people work toghter. With cooperation everything would be hard to do. It would be pure anarchy. A scene that has every fighting every one. How to be a good driver 101

Driving happens to be the American teenagers passage right to adult hood . I myself will or are in the process to beocme another one of millions of American teenagers to become a liscenes driver. But before I start my process their is a couple things I must know. I read the rules book for the road. Which basically consist of the do's and do nots. And then I will practice. When I am practicing I must remember that I am not the only person on the road and must move a according to the regulated speed limit. If I break any rules I could be hit with a ticket or a dock on my liscenes.

Why do people choose the foods they eat? What do the foods people choose to eat say about them? If like spicy it seems to be that you are a person that is very wild . Or if you are that can handle spicey foods you may seem to the world as a wimp. Is cheerleading a real sport , this is a topic that has been debated serval times. Me personal I was a cheerleader and I know how much it takes to keep in condition and how they have to stay fit. My brother being the jock he was in high school seems to believe cheerleading is not a sport because cheerleaders do not seem to have a way were they can just decrease the value of the other persons points. I happen to diagree with him because that is why we have sabotage cheerleaders have to one another get ahead of the game. What would the lakers be with out the lakers girl, what would the clippers be with out the clipper girls and also the the men of Troy they would all be poising teams. Cheerleaders are the people who get the crowad and the team to stay and cheer.

The chistmas that went wrong.

Around Christmas mother make their way to grocery stores all over the country into grocery stores to look for their special ingredients to get their foods to right flavors. To menchristmas is the best time of year because of the presents that someone could get. And also they slave over the stove for serval hours to cook a dinner that the family would just eat in a couple minutes. The story begins with a mother that loves to cook all the time she was known As the Martha sstwart of her time. She was getting ready for Christmas dinner when on her way to the local grocery store she realized that she got all the way to the store and forgot here list of grocery at her home. So she had to go all the way back home and then she had to make her way all the back to the grocery store and find the grocery store had all the groceriers gone by its customers so the mother the mother had to go back home to look in her pantry to cook things. It was a Christmas dinner that was different then many others.

The invisible line that exist in high schools all around the country.

When you enter any school around the nation it is very evident that the black and latain American students all departs and only speak to someone that is their own race. I wonder why does this happen in so many schools . Some students may not realize what they do. But now segegeration. It may not be that big but it is only mild case. We as the minority people in students must unite together to get to more a comfortable place in our lifes. Having this invisible line in high schools is something that need to disappear or we will continue to have a separate schools.

It is known as the thing that plagues many cities all across the country. With the rise of global warming pollution happens to be on the rise. Pollution is the act  of introducing harmful substance into the air that would harm the surrounding atmosphere. Pollution happens to be very rapid in many inner cities where everything is located close to each other and almost the whole population uses it car that produces smoke that goes into the air where it harms the air and it makes it harder for people to breath in.Pollution is something that is slowly killing our earth.

The history of Christmas in my family.

                  In my family there are only two holidays that we are together as a family, the first is Thanksgivings and the second is Christmas. Christmas is the holiday we always celebrate at my uncle’s house in Northern California ever since I was a little kid. I always loved going up their to see the snow and the deer. But one year we didn’t go.

            So, I started asking questions about why we stopped going up to my uncle’s house, and why we started going up their in the first place. I started talking to my mother and she said “We started going up to your uncle’s home because it was a place for us to get away.” I took that into consideration but I got more curious, so I went to talk to my aunt. And she told me “It was the one place we could all agree on to meet and see each other yearly.” Her answer gave me a little more clarity but I am a really curious person so I finally went to my oldest cousin. She told me “The adults in the family had a meeting about where was it easier for our grandmother to come down for Christmas. They thought it would be good for her to go to L.A but realized the air was hard for her to breathe through. So they decide my dad’s house was the best place to go to.” When my cousin told me the story it really clicks inside my head. But I still had the other question burning inside of me.

         I ask my cousin why we stopped going to my uncle’s house for Christmas but she couldn’t really tell me much. She said “you should ask your mom.” I asked my mother why we stopped going to my uncle’s house for Christmas and she said “We stopped going because finances started to run low.” I knew she was telling the truth because everyday the Stock Market was going down everyday, but I knew their was more to it. I was trying to think of another person I could talk to about the question.

           The only person I thought who could answer the question truly was my older brother. He said “The main reason we stopped going to Uncle Owens’s house for Christmas was because he was having marriage problems.” With that answer I realized it to because my uncle and his latest wife were having trouble when ever we went up their, but I never really paid attention.

             I went through a lot of my family’s elders to find out questions about my family. I found out why we started to celebrate Christmas at my uncle’s house. It’s mainly because one year my grand mother came to the states, and Northern California seemed healthier for her. And the second question I found the answer to was why we stopped going to his house. The answer is mainly because of the economy and because of my uncle’s marriage disputes with his wife.

                    Overall I learned so many things about my family. I learned that this year the elders of the family are trying to choose a place to celebrate Christmas at. And I also learned that the elders are very easy to talk to in the family.

Short story- The Chameleon and the Queen

        Kenny the chameleon was a very scared lizard. He lived on the planet of Bia, where it was full of green and bushy trees. Because he was scared all the time, he never really did anything outside of his house.

        One day his best friend Carl the frog went to Kenny’s house to visit. Carl the frog tried to get Kenny out for a walk. Carl said “Hey Kenny lets go for a walk it’s a beautiful day.” Kenny said “I think it’s going to rain. I don’t really want to go.” Carl said “But Iesha the butterfly will be outside.” Everyone on Bia knew that Kenny had a crush on Iesha the butterfly. But Kenny could never talk to Iesha because she was Queen of  Bia and had to marry royal. Kenny’s eyes lit up with stars when Carl told him that Iesha would be outside. Kenny decided to go outside with Carl the frog. Kenny and Carl walked outside in the warm summer weather. While they were walking outside Kenny kept looking around trees to see if Iesha was around. Kenny said “Where is she you told me she was outside.” They kept on walking until they saw the Palace gates. The palace gates were gold and pink and embedded with green and yellow gems all over Bia. Kenny and Carl were standing at the entrance of the castle. Kenny was looking around the castle grounds to see Iesha. But she wasn’t there. Kenny and Carl went to talk to one of the butterfly guards. The guard told them that Iesha was looking for a suitor to marry, and that she would be busy interviewing them.

           Kenny felt ideas spinning inside of his head. Kenny and Carl quickly left the castle to go back to Kenny’s house. While going back home Kenny had a big smile. When they finally got to Kenny’s house Carl said” Kenny why are you smiling so much.” Kenny said “Carl I have the most wonderful idea about how to get Iesha’s attention, I’m going to tell her my true feelings.” Carl said “What do you mean tell her your true feelings?” Kenny explained to Carl that he was going to ask Iesha to marry him and tell her he loves her. After Kenny explained his plan to Carl, Carl told Kenny he was crazy. Kenny said “GET OUT OF MY HOUSE NOW.” Kenny was alone in his house thinking about Iesha the butterfly. He even went to bed thinking about her.

            The next morning Kenny got up real early to go to the castle. While walking to the palace, he picked some flowers to give Iesha. He got to the palace Entrance and the guard let him enter.

       He waited in a line of men trying to speak to Iesha. When he finally got, to speak with Iesha, it was very late in the day it was almost night fall. He walked through the doors of the Drawing room to find Iesha sitting down reading a book in a blue and white dress. Iesha’s face lit up when she saw Kenny walking through the door. Iesha said “Hi Kenny how is you.” Kenny said “I’m fine. There’s something I want to tell you.” Iesha said “What is it, you can tell me we have been friends for years.” Kenny went down on his knees and said “Will you marry me.” Iesha said “Yes.” Iesha and Kenny were embracing and laughing with each other and then Iesha realized that Kenny had changes color. Kenny was yellow all over his body. Iesha said I guess that means you are happy. After that they lived happily ever after.

Is Water In Water Bottles Really Safe?

             Many Americans buy water bottles thinking its safe but is it really? The water bottled Industries is one of the most lucrative Industries, last year alone Americans spent $3.5 billion dollars on bottled water. Americans buy water for many reasons, the taste of the bottle water is said to be much better than tap water. But is it? In a recent study more than one-fifth of tested brands contained levels of bacteria or cancer causing compounds that exceeded California’s limit, which is the strictest in the country.

          With more than 700 brands of different water that is available in the United States, and 75 of the brands made from imported waters. Bottled water is required to be tested less frequently than city tap water, which leaves open for bacteria and chemical contaminates. So, how do we know which ones are good and which ones are bad?  To tell if the water you drink is ok, some things you can do is check the label if it says spring water. To really make sure if the water is spring water you could possibly call up the company and ask where do they get their water from and see if it’s from a fresh spring.

         Many water have been tested and one of the worst water has to be Arrowhead and Smart water those just two waters that have been tested and found to have high levels of bacteria. The one type of water that has been shown to be very good is Kangen water. The word Kangen is Japanese for “Return to the Origin” which helps to explain the philosophy behind its promotion as health food. According to its theory, the human body needs acids and alkalis to properly process foods, make repairs and generally remain in good working order. Kangen water and other ionized or alkaline water products are also said to have smaller molecules, which means they are more easily absorbed by the body. Ordinary tap water or unprocessed bottled waters have water molecules which tend to pass through the body without reaching individual cells. Without proper rehydration, those cells can suffer from a form of cellular dehydration and either die too soon or fail to function efficiently. Memoir Prompt: People often say “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” Describe a time when you misjudged someone based on his or her appearance or when someone misjudged you.

     Growing up my mother always taught me that you should never judge someone on their appearance but on how they act around. I never thought I would have been put into an adult situation so young in my childhood. I with my older brother visiting my uncle and aunt for spring break in sixth grade. My uncle had just moved to an all white community in northern California.  My aunt had taken both me and brother and cousins to the mall for some fun while my uncle was at work. I had wondered off to go inside one of my favorite stores at the time which was the Disney store where they had all things which were Disney there.  I was walking through the whole store looking for something to buy when I had a fuzz feeling that someone was watching me while I was shopping. I turned around to see one of the Caucasian workers watching my every move. I quickly ran out of the store in search of my brother and aunt. I told them what happen and my brother said that he wanted to back with me into the store to talk with the person that was watching me.

        We both walked back into the store and found the employee that was watching me. My brother cleared his throat to get the person attention behind the counter. The employee walked over to us asking how they could help us. My brother just came flat out asking the person why they were keeping such a heavy watch on me when I walked into the store alone. The employee answered saying they thought I was going to steel something. My mouth opened wide open staying I would never do such a think. The employee thought I was dressed as a thug. In my mind I thought I was dressed very find. I had on my usual jeans and a hoodie with my chukes teenie shoes. I finally felt the rafted of the words judging and discrimination. I had never been told that I look like a thug before I felt in total shock mode. My brother on the other hand was very furious with the employee. He told the employee a piece of his mind and walked me out of there back to my aunt and cousins. The experienced in the store change my whole out look on life. I grew up in an area where I was used to all different kinds of races and went into the world of discrimination.

             When the television was first invented in 1953 no one knew how the TV would impact the rest of the world. Some believed that the television was just a fade and would soon disappear. But many people were completely wrong. The television has become the most popular tool of entertainment around the world about 98percent of individuals has a television sitting inside their home.

         With the invention of the television in American homes more people started to spend les time with their love ones either at home or outside getting involved in a physical active. According to a UC Berkeley study “Americans spend 170 minutes a day watching TV and about 2percent of that time is spent doing outside actives” (Sarah Yang). America also has the highest obesity rate in the world. With many Americans sitting in front of the TV they lose precious time spending with their love ones.

        The more time we spend in front of the idiot box the more we lose connection with reality.  We end up thinking the TV shows we watch on a day to day basis is so real we start to incorporate it into our real world lives. We try to socialize with other people our own age; we find that the conversations are only about what television did you watch. And wondering what the TV writers will give us next week.  We neglect the important things of life; we don’t take time out to smell the first grass being cut. For those who are young and watch too much TV they end up doing horrible with their school work.  Young kids keep wondering when they go home what TV are they going to watch and with that they don’t do their home and pay little attention in their life.

        The new generation has brought us new technology and better TV sets. And many individuals’ computer skills have improved dramatically to allow the common person to log on to the internet to view their favorite television show on the internet. With all this new technology the world has become a world that depends on the internet for everything like the TV. Americans and people across the globe have become more tuned out of what is really happening with a lot of governments to get away with horrible acts of evil.

       The corporate world has gotten into the TV business. Every year for the Super bowel more Americans watch TV than any major televised show.  This is the time where many different corporate giants try to compete for new consumers to get addicted to their fantasy products. The way the corporate giants communicate with so many new consumers is through the box that is sitting in so many Americans homes around the country. They use flashy commercials and catchy slogans to communicate with their soon to be new consumers to get them to buy UN health products. So they next time you are watch your teaching remember who is putting through that comical to your house hold. 

Short story- Grad night part 1

        They were nicked name the three musket tiers. Jenny, Ayisha and Kim all best friends and never able to part each other it seemed they were all connected to one another. All three were senior girls at west valley village high and were very important people. Jenny and Kim were both vice president and vice president of the drawing club and Ayisha was the president of the drama club. The world seems joyful for the three best friends two days before their graduaration date they had their grade night options presented to them. Principal Williams made an annocement over the loud speaker during homeroom that all seniors were to report to the mp room for a mandatory meeting. Once every made their way in to the gym Principal William walked up to the mic to speak. “Umm…um...um.. Excuse me may I have your attention please” Principal Williams said. They room went quite Mrs. Williams continued okay seniors a couple of days ago you all voted on where you wanted to for grand night I am here to tell you the results. The class of 2011 will be going to Six Flags Magic Mountain for Grand night. The whole room blew up in an up row. “Hey every one is quite down now or everything will get taken away” Mrs. Williams said.  The room quickly quieted down for the principal to continue with her speech.

     “Your student representatives have had several meeting with me and they have ask me if could bring another person with you to grad night and I want to tell you that you will be allowed to bring someone form the outside to grad night. With this new found revelation the girls minds quickly went to who were they going to bring. Ayisha already knew she was going to go with her boyfriend David. But Ayisha did not know that both Kim and Jenny had boyfriends that went to the local rival high school called Valley high school. After the girls were dismissed from the meeting they had to get quickly dressed to go to their next class which was physically education. They headed to the softball field for the annual seniors vs. junior softball game.  The game started and every one took their bases. The three girls were assigned to take the right, middle and left outer field.  The first batter was on the plate the girl was out immediately. Al l the while the girls were talking about who they were going to take to grad night. Jenny and Kim were teasing Ayisha about who she was going to bring some one new. But Ayisha proudly said that she and her boy friend were going strong. Ayhisha turn the tables to ask both her friends who they were going to bring a giggle they both said that it was going to be a surprise. Jenny said “okay guys why don’t you all come to my house before grad night and I could drive us all to school.” Both girls said in unison “okay”. The coach told every one to get dressed before the bell ranged all through the day all that any one could talk about was that grad night would be two days from today and who they were going to bring with them.

The day of grad night:                                                                                                                       

    Kim was the first to arrive to Jenny’s house; the girls never came forward to jenny to tell her that they never felt comfortable in her house because of her life style. Jenny’s father was the founder of a major book store and Kim and Ayisha both had working class parents. They were used to the simple life. The door rang and Jenny answered it on the other side of the door was Kim. The girls huge each other and Jenny showed Kim her room up stairs. Kim is the first to speak “I feel kind of bad not to tell her who we are not going to bring” Kim said. “Don’t worry I think she is going to like both of them, now can you help what to wear I have no idea” Jenny said. Kim was layed out on Jenny’s bed when the door bell rang again. Jenny again went down stairs to answer the door. Before she answers the door she notices her mother near the fire place crying and burring some of her father things. She knew what that meant that her mother cheated on her again. (She was used to it because her father would buy her something new everything like s Movie Theater of a car.) Jenny opened the door to see Ayisha standing with her boyfriend locking hands.  “Hey Ayisha I thought you were going to come by yourself to my house.” “No David surprised me at my house.”  “Okay then why don’t you guys come on in?” Once they walk through the hall way the group saw Jenny’s mother crying and burning different things into a fire. No one said any thing, they walked straight up stairs. Jenny showed David to the TV room where he could watch some TV and then she took ayisha in to her room where they could talk about the event that was on hand. The front door rang again when they were in Jenny’s room both Kim and Jen were a little startle. Jenny’s little sister ran down stair streaming “I got.”  Teaireyana opened the door and saw two different standing in the door way her first response was to say “Who the hell are you guys.” One of the guys said “my name is Eric and this is my friend Matthew we are both boy friends of Jenny and Kim.” T said “hold on one second and I will get both of your girl friends for you.” The door went back in both of the girls faces. Jen’s little sister quickly went back up stairs to her sister’s room. She went straight through the door and said why both you girls have boys saying they are your boy friends down stairs.  All they can say was ‘um…..um…” Every one went down stairs to see what was up. Jenny went back down stairs to open the door. “Okay every this is my boyfriend Matthew and his friend Eric who is Kim’s boyfriend.” The house went silent. T jen’s sister said “I think you guys need to get to school before you are all late.”  Kim and Jenny both rode to school in Matthew car and Ayisha went in David’s car. They met up at school and went on the bus to Six Flags.

      Once at Six Flags they entered the park and had the time of their life until mid night when everything went wrong. David was sitting with Ayisha and her friends eating food and they were all talking about the next ride when they saw Jenny’s little sister come up to them. They were all surprised when they saw her. She was a little tipsy form drinking with her friend Alexis. “Ayisha I need to talk to you about something. Ayisha got up and walked with T to a bench away fro the bench T said Ayisha said “your boyfriend is dick   think you need to break up with him.” Ayisha said “why would you say such a thing I love him.” T went on to say that “Your boyfriend rape me about a year ago when I was at a party with my sister.” Ayisha was in a total shock.

Autobiography

        I was born on a wintery day in February 23, 1993 centennial hospital. I am the younger of two children. My mother’s only daughter the apple of my mothers eye. I was the age of four years old when I met my first friend in pre-school. We became very good friends. Until I moved up to third grade at 74th street elementary everything was ok. My mother decides to move me to another school all the way across town so I could be closer to her. On my first day of school I was very scared because I didn't know anyone. At lunch time my usual lunch spot would be at table all by myself until I a person that was unlike anyone I seen came to talk to me. She was a skinny tall girl with pony tails. She said her name was Chelsea. With hesitation I said my name was cherise. She said do you want to become friends and I said yes. From that day on we became fast friends. Chelsea and I became fast friends we did everything together. I went to Frank D. Parent elementary and middle school for five years. Which happen to be the greatest time of my life? I met many friends and got to met many interesting teacher that taught life lessons. During my years at parent I learn so many things about who were my real friends and who could I trust and who I could not. And I also had to learn about family tragedy, my mother was hospitalized when I was about to go into the 8th grade I learn how to become an adult. When my mother was in hospital I had to pay all the bills, cook and clean for myself. I was a child and an adult at the same time. 
      My world turns upside down when I pick up from school by my aunt who was a teacher. I knew something was bad because my aunt never came to my school because of our different schedules. She taught in Los Angeles district and I was in the Inglewood district.  I was quickly rushed to the hospital to see my ailing mother she was in the hospital back and forth for about four years. For four years I had to learn to  another person my life was fast forward about four years. From those years and on I had the drive to learn about my families past which fuel my flames to become a historian. I learn so much about my family and there different illness.

        Going into my high school I followed many of my friends I made many new one and lost the old. I became a better person. I also took on more responsibility around my household. As I get closer to my graduation date of high school I see another chapter of my life where I will see something new. I do not know what college will bring me which makes it a little scary.

College Entrance Exam

Every year eager high school students all across the country high school students have to take a placement test to see what english or math class they would have to take in college. The exam is consist of everything you learned in your high school years from freshmen to senior year in both your English and mathematics class. Remember to pay attention in class so when you take the test you will end up remedele classes. Do not think it is one of those test that you can slack off at it is not it is a test that will show if you need to put into a advance class or a class that you already took in high school.

Some ways on how to end a relationship with a person is to text the person. If you do not want to talk just text. And now since the world has become more advance you could also use the email. Don't just write a letter it is not the 1800's any more use the web to tell the person how you feel.  It may seem kind of wrong but who cares you just want to end things quickly.People now and days are doing much worst things for ending a relationship like hiring someone to do it for them which may not seem that bad to do if you are just a very lazy person. The last thing you could do if you want to end a realtionship is to use a web camera. This is the only method to use if you want to see a reaction on someone face. Before I got to college outside of California I have to send my official high school transcripts, El Camino transcripts, ACT test score, SAT test scores, and my SAT test scores. I have decided to live off campus so that means I have to find a single or an apartment that I can afford, with my own money. I also have to look into transportation options since I might have to be father away from the college being that it might be cheaper. I would prefer to have a bike, great for exercise, or take the bus, helps with the environment. I also have to fill out my FASFA application to see if I could get money for college. It sad that I cant afford paying off my college on my own. Oh well,  guess thats just how life is. I also have to be patient and wait until I actually get an acceptance letter. I cant wait till I actually leave my house, well my mothers. Lately all we do is fight and she doesn't let me make my own choice. For gods sake I'm 18 and I know I will make mistakes in my life but that doesn't mean I'm not going to learn. I know she doesn't want me making the same mistakes as she does but I won't learn any other way. I just need a break from her and the world's complications.

I would like to go to Europe! The country is so appealing to me because of its history and culture. I love how involved Europe was in almost every era it had. Most off all it seems like a country of joy. Who wouldn't like to enjoy or like to go to Europe, a place known for the pleasure and adventure that take place there. I love to go to the museums, which are filled with beautiful painting, inventions, religion, and sculptures. Did you know Europe has nice Italian boys who may very well be your true love? I've heard and been told that Italian boys are the most romantic. I believe that may be true but boys from our own country are romantic too. I just believe that they are helped my they're surroundings. i would love to go to Europe with my boyfriend and walk along the shore of the Mediterranean Sea, holding hands looking at the sunset. Now that sounds very appealing to me.

On January 7, my friend Dulce had her birthday. Me and my friend Chaveli had baked a cake on Monday afternoon. Since there was no school on Monday we thought about having like a get together for her, but she already had plans with her male friend, therefore, we decided to bake the cake on Monday and then bring the cake to school on Tuesday. We had a fun time make the cake! I put most of the ingredients together while she started brainstorming on the decorating ideas. It was a chocolate cake with strawberry frosting. We decided to add something natural to the cake and sliced strawberries down the middle (long way) to add a nice effect. I had to somewhere to go so I left early and didn't have a chance to help her decorate. But Tuesday, lunch, I had seen the best looking cake I have ever seen. It was Mrs. Pac-Man chasing a ghost! Not only did it look great it, but it also tasted good.

if you could live during any decade, which would it be?

ohhh i would love to live in the disco era! I love all the bright colors and the freedom to smoke weed. Back then people didn’t care what other people did. I want freedom not limitations. Did you know that weed is healthier than now-a-day cigarettes? And did you know that there was a lot fewer politics back then as well. All they cared about was music, dancing, and smoking weed. i know everyone had their own problems but that doesn’t mean they didn’t try to have. Now in the present time, people are more stressful about their problems and that might be the reason why there’s so much suicide in this world. I believe that was one of the best eras in the US history.  Okay, so besides all the negativity i also have positive aspects. For example....the crazy hair dos! I know that was the style back then but it doesn’t matter i want to be able to style my hair the way i want without is being weird. I also love all the tight clothing. Although I’m not a big fan to that type of clothing i do feel it made other people feel good about themselves. They felt sexy, confident, and exotic! Their self-esteem must have been very high!

write an article about a person newly arrived from another counrty.

Well first of I would like to say im going to talk about my grandfather coming from El Salvador. Being that said, he only liked being here because of us (his family). He couldn't walk outdoor freely because we were afraid he would get mugged or ran over since in his country he can literally walk in the actual streets (where the cars pass) and they have stop and let him pass. He was bored most of the time he was here in the US. I felt bad and tried to make him feel welcomed/comfortable. But with my mom agruing with him, it wasn't helping the situation. All the adults had to work so there was hardly a moment where we could actually take him out to see around. Well that was how my grandfather spent his summer in the US, bored out of his mind and agruing most of the time.

I plan a birthday party for my best friend.

The time is 1:00 p.m and i am in the last class for the day with my friends my bestfriends birthday is the day after tommorrw and i do not know what to do should i do the usually and just tell her that i left her gift at hoem. No i think i will not go for that again last time she killed me and i never knew what was coming. Or should i try something new. I think this time I will rent out a local aid space in the newspapper and say "Can anyone help me with my problem i need any ideas to give my bestfriend for her birthday." No i don't think that will work i think this time i am just going to through her a party with all my friends. I stay up late to  call all my friends my ideal. I start my calling Ayisha and then the last person on my list is Jenny. The plan is set we will come to school early to hide all the foods. And at lunch time we will pretend that we don't know it's her birthday. and then when she just gets made enough we surprise her with the things we got.

Choosing the right College for you.

The school year may be almost done for the class of 2011 which means the torch will be passed on the next class which is 2012. Somethings you may need to do is to start early looking for different colleges and DO NOT  PROCRASTINATE. leaving things to the last minute could be the decision weather you get into your first choice of a regular community college. you may want to look for which college really fits your personalty or what can you get out of the school instead of partying all the time. Go and visit campuses for summer vacation and talk to students that already go their. Some people even try and go see if they can go get to listen in at a particular class they would like to take. Some other things you could do is to take a survey that could decide what school fits you as a person. But be warned that sometime those test could not be100% accurate.

Informal vs .formal dressing

Informal dressing usually consist of jeans and a nice top for men and for women it could be slacks and a top. Inform dressing is usually used the corpses world sometimes named a business causals. And formal dressing usually is for big parties like the oscars or a school dance. formal dress is something that is apprised for big companies gatherings and other things. Informal dressing could also be used for school uniform.

Spicy foods vs. Sweet foods

Spicy foods are foods that can bring tears to the person when they eat like Fridays buffalo wings very delious at first glimpse and then it could be very dangerous becaus of the hot sinsation that it could bring to the tongue at first bite. And a sweet food is something that could have a tangy sensation for the tongue. What is your favorite. For me it depends on the food. Chicken wings for me have to be best eaten as spicy. But sweet foods could be a refelf from the hot foods.

Public School Vs. Home Schooling

with the growing population more children are in public school or in home schooling. Public school is where the child attends a building where there is a teacher and other students their to learn about the world. Public schools are usually in session for eight to ten hours. And home schooling is were the child has the opportunity to stay at home and learn from their house. The teacher gos to the student house and teach them at home or the child has a online teacher and class. In a kid is innhome schlol for all eight years of school the child does not really know how to communicate with other children their age. They sure to be deemed a social out cast when they became of age and then they could end up hurting themselves because they try so hard to fit in with every one else .But if a child has been in a public school with other kids all there lifes they learn how to deal with world all by themselves.

Raw foods vs. Cooked foods

Have you ever eaten a california roll or sussiha? If so that is what you called a raw food they are foods that are not cooked and you eat raw. And cooked foods are anything that you put into a stove or pan to be heated up. Eating a raw food seems very disgussting to me because it not cooked. raw foods is something that has grown it's popularity in the suns shine state . Cooked foods is something that is  that i grew up with. Red beans and rice with some fried chicken, and on weekends the typical pizza friday. Oh how i miss those days. know my mother like every other person whats to start eating raw foods and have me eat it to. In my opioin raw foods are better then cooked foods.

Cats or Dogs they seem like they are born enomies only for some it can be true. Cats were once worshiped in the ancient egpty because they were garudians of the underworld. And dogs were known as man best friend. Cats are very independent mind animals and dogs are dependent on their masters to tell them everything to do.  The only thing they ghave in common is that they are both animals they both pop and eat food. Cats can sometime be very territoral and they can also be angry at times for no apperiate reason and dogs are very laid back with out a care in the world. Some people may think that cats and dogs could be compared to women and males. i think they are so true.

How does weather affect your mood?

weather can affect you in a variety of ways, depending the type of person you are. the rain, for example, has a different affect on me than most people. i love the rain! when it rains i get happy or sleepy. sometimes i feel like going outside and just walk and jump on big puddles. but for other people they get  sad/depressed. they feel like they need to isolate themselves in their room while everyone else is in the living room. i know i get like that sometimes. pbut when its hot and sunny outside i get sleepy warm and irritated and i go off on people when they piss me off. but see,i have friends who love the sunshine and would rather be outside playing in the shade then inside trying to cool down by sticking their head inside the freezer. i hate hot weather, dont you? especially at night, when im trying to sleep but its so hot that i cant sleep no more. i dont know, all im saying is that they weather has different affects on everyone because not everyone is the same.

The perfect Community.

Imagine a place where little kids could walk outside and not get shot. A place where families can live and work side by side. No one is different in fact the world word different does not exist because everyone is accepting. Communities are usual a place for everone to in unisen with each other where there is no fighting and no crimne. But does this really happen in the worl. NO..................................... we live in a society where their is a bad and a good. there is a saying where there is light there is darkness.  But one day if we become more able to accept people and have a equal amount of job we may one day have a community where we all can live side by side with no crime.

What is cooperation and why is it important?

Cooperation is when two  or more people work toeghter when they do somthing. for example when Gaby and Jose do a project together for a class....American government to be exact.  They show great cooperation because they can talk to each other and know they can produce a great project. If we do not cooperate with each each other we would make the world off balance and would not know what is going on. Cooperation is define as an act or instance of working or acting together for a common purpose or benefit; joint action., which means that we must all be on the same page to work togehter as one person.

My favorite season

My favorite is the season of winter. Winter is the season where there is a lot of rain and cold winds blowing through Los Angeles. I was born in the winter so that's one of the reasons why I like winter. I see winter as the time where I stay at home with the heater on and reading books and watching movies with my family. I find that winter in Los angeles is different then any other city in the country. Los Angeles winter is a mid 60's in temperture and sometimes raining all the time. The best thing about winter in Los Angeles is ice skating in downtown Los Angeles and going to the movies with friends.

The best computer

The most state of the art computer around has to be by the apple product which is the Mac line . Known as the rolyty of computers these computers seem incapable of ever getting a virus or freezing up on the owner. With a apple on tue front of the product and very slick design. The Mac stands tall against it rvials. It is a king or queen in its own right but what will happen tweent years from now when computers will become more faster. Computers will be more high speed and less like a laptop or pc and more like a cellphone. Computers will become the next computer.

My favorite game.

My favorite game had to monopoly which usually involves my whole family. Monopoly is a game that allows people to earn money and buy up different properties around the bored game. The goal of the game is to earn the most money and to buy different properties. The reason why I love monopoly is because it happened to be the one game where we are all together plating and laughing together as a family. I think it is the memory I had about my whole family being together laughing and enjoying the time we spend together . Its my favorite game because nine times out of ten I end up wining the game with my family that taste very sweat.

How to make a friend?

How do u make a friend when you afraid of rejection? When you want to make a friend some things a person should do is to find out what the person like and see if they share the same thing. When we get older it becomes very different on how we become friends . We can not just go up to the operson and tell them let's be friends. Those days of playing in the sand box and having nap time have past all of us . We now have to come up with néw ways to introduce ourselves to our up and coming friends. Somethings that people may have to do are to share a moment with that person which they bond over and get to know each other or some people will introduce themselves with their name and ask the other what's their name witch then leads into what they person is doing for the weeken.

Cause and effect of impulse buying

We are a country of buying and selling and sometimes known for our impulse buying. Impulse buying is something that has caught Many people in the trape of beaty and aw. Buying is like a drug to many and also can be a relaxing to other people. Some effects of impulse buying could be buying what you dont't need. Which rings in my head a quote that someone told me always buy your needs before your wants because the wants are less then your needs. You need to only buy what you need to survive on. Some cause could because certain people could like they are connect to the cloths they buy or some people just like cloths a lot . Well what ever it is impulse buying is a very dangerous thing because you buy what you buy what you don't need at sometimes.

A world without cellphones.

A world without cellphones would be a world with dismay and havoc. The human world as become so dependent upon cellphones pagers and two ways that we don't know what to when we have humman contact with each other. I see a world with people being timid to talk to one another and a world of darkness. It will be like stepping back into the dark ages where no one could instantly talk to one another. A conversation with someone could take severly months for an answer to another person. If their was a world with out cellphones people would not have any way to contact with their love ones and there would not be words such as LOL or OMG to talk to people with. We would be reduce to send letters across different states waiting months for a reply or even worse having to pay even more money to send a telegraph to people.

The Vegetable that I truly dislike.

The vegetable that I dislike with a passion is name the yam. It is old with a oblong shape like a potato but taste very different the yam has a very sweet taste that the potato has. My first in counter with the vegetable was when my mother was making gumbo for dinner and decide to put yams in the soup instead of sticking with the normal meat and rice . I  remember like it was yesterday I  was already to dig into the fresh soup my mother made for dinner. What I thought was a potato that I was putting into my plate ended up being a yam that i didn't know at that  time. One mouth full of soup into my mouth I chopped down on something that was very sweet and at first look before the spoon was into my mouth i didn't know nothing about a yam. My mother made me look it up and what i found I didn't like. The yam from that day forward has been the vegetable that i dislike because of the sweetness that it carries to the tongue and the rest of my body.

Brother vs. Sister why they don't always get along.

Like many people around the world i have a sibling but unlike many i have an older brother that gets on my nerves everyday. I am a girl and I have one older brother that is eight years older then me and I wonder everyday why we just can't get along like the families on the t.v sometimes? That was the question that plagued me ever since i turn ten my brother has made it his goal in life to pick on me and me being the other person had to learn how to fight back with more force then him. But that sometimes never worked out in my favor. When I went to a family a few years back i asked one of the elders of  my family why do brother and sister fight so much  they thought for awhile and told me that it's a way for them to communicate with each other.Which i didn't realize was true until my brother and i had a very huge fight that made all our others look like a walk on the beach. I realized when I had the fight with my older which ended up becoming a fight that was for something stupid my brother and I both understood how each of the other felt and we didn't  both each other for two whole days. My mother later told me that those days were like heaven to her. But us not talking to each other didn't last for long when we ended up fight with each other about  which person was loved the most by our mother. It was then I notice that when brothers and sisters fight they fight because they really love each other or in my brother terms because they were born to fight each other and we must leave it up to nature to let them figure it out.

Reasons for appreciating parents.

They gave us life and every day of our life they tell us to pick up the things we have left behind. We sometimes neglect them and even get into trouble they are called our parents. We were given parents to help us guide through the day to day actives of life. If we didn't have our parents around us everyday we would be lost in the big world around us. Our parents are their to help us up when we are in trouble they protect us from ourselves. They are there in the back of our minds telling us what to do when we have seen the point of no return. Some reasons for appreciating our is because if you think real hard someday later in our lives we will be parents telling our kids the same thing our parents told us and saying i should have listen to my mother or father.We rely so much on our parents to take us places cook us dinner and other things that we have no realized that one day we will be doing those things on our own with our own money and then we will feel the pain our parents feel when paying different bills.When  we disrespect our parents we have to realize they will not always be around us that one day they will get older and end up dying because no one can live forever. So we must learn to cherish everyday we have with our parents because one day we will become parents of our own.
